I will be starting The 4 Elements Cleanse for 10 days on April 29th (Monday)!

How to do:
1- Commitment is the most important step and it must be re-affirmed daily! If you need support, contact me!
2- Shop for all your food for the week and give away or put away any temptations around the house. I encourage to get rid of it!
3- Please know that sometimes it feels harder to commit between the 3rd and 7th day and it is extremely important to have a plan so you won't fail. Do something that empowers you! For me, it is go swimming! Take food with you for afterwards. Also Music helps a lot because it changes your vibration from pain or resistance to celebration or enthusiasm. PLAY LOUD YOUR FAVOURITE TUNES WHEN YOU FELL CHALLENGED and SING ALONG! : ) Write letters, do something new! Keep up- old ways are falling!
4- Commit to decrease your portion each day and on the 10th Master Day- Drink only water, herbal no caffeine teas, fresh squeezed orange or vegetable juices!
5- After the 10th day, please introduce food gently and slowly to your system. Eat small portions for 5 more days after the cleanse.
What To Eat:
Earth Element: ( First Chakra relates to letting go- primitive mind- survival- intestine)
Nourish your Earth by eating Roots:
Potatoes, Yams, Carrots, Beets ( any foods that grow close to the ground) Parsley is very good for cleansing!
Water Element: ( Second Chakra relates to the relationship with your own source and creation-reproductive system- emotions)
*Start the day with warm water and half squeezed lemon wait 30 min before eating.
You can eat most fruits and favour the ones that contain water: Melons, honey dew, papaya, apples, cucumber, grapes, oranges, grapefruit, pomegranate, bananas. ( avoid anything moldy- be careful with berries) AVOCADOS!
Fire Element: ( Third Chakra relates to the ability to digest life- will power, Spirit, Stomach and liver) *Start the day with warm water and half squeezed lemon wait 30 min before eating, now if you feel stomach pain, you may start your day with a little Aloe Vera instead to cool your fire.
Eat: NUTS, SEEDS, Sprouts
( almonds, pecans, sunflower, pumpkin, hemp hearts, chia seeds, flax seeds, Cajun...)
AIR Element: ( 4th Chakra relates to the HEART and LUNGS- healing, transformation, love, new consciousness)
Eat ALL Salad greens, dandelions, Italian mix, Basil, Parsley, Cilantro, Dill, Kale, Dark greens are best, Chard, spinach etc.
